Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion or willingness to complete sanitation certification
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- ability to handle physical demands of the role

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
