Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion or willingness to complete a sanitation course
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality

- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient operations
- uphold food production safety and quality standards
- maintain secure and organized food storage
- ensure timely and safe meal distribution following menu and guidelines
- maintain hygienic conditions compliant with health and safety statutes
- fill out accurate food safety and temperature records and address any issues
- update inventory weekly
- keep records of equipment maintenance needs
- implement routine maintenance inspections and recommend equipment upgrades
- monitor and assess staff performance to foster development and teamwork
- provide guidance and support to staff adherence to operational guidelines
- maintain a safe work environment free of hazards
- cover for absent staff members
