We offer an all-inclusive lifestyle that blends superior hospitality, outstanding services, and a beautiful location, making Carillon Senior Living a unique place where older adults can thrive, build rewarding friendships, and experience exceptional care in an uplifting environment. As veterans in the senior living industry, we are recognized for our commitment to quality, community involvement, and personalized care that supports the diverse needs of our residents. Joining Carillon means becoming part of a culture that values compassion, respect, and hospitality, dedicated to enhancing the everyday lives of our residents.
We are currently looking for an experienced Culinary Services Supervisor to join our hospitality-focused team. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, reflecting our commitment to attracting and retaining talented individuals devoted to exceptional service. As the Culinary Services Supervisor, you will be a primary contact within our culinary department, working closely with the Culinary Services Manager to oversee scheduling, operations, and service delivery. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary services provide an outstanding dining experience for residents and guests alike. You will supervise wait staff, coordinate meal service, maintain dining room standards, and oversee catering events within the community. This role requires a hospitality-oriented mindset, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide a team in creating a warm, efficient, and inviting dining atmosphere. The Culinary Services Supervisor will ensure smooth daily operations, manage staffing assignments and communicate effectively with culinary management to address food, staffing, or service concerns. Additionally, you will support cost control measures, participate in inventory processes, and contribute to continual professional training. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of hospitality anchored by our promises which emphasize warm greetings, courteous respect, attentive service, accountability, and professionalism. Carillon Senior Living also emphasizes wellness, expecting employees to promote a whole-person approach that supports emotional, physical, social, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, health services, and vocational dimensions of wellness for both residents and staff.
The physical demands of this role include light to moderate physical effort with standing and walking required up to 90% of the workday, frequent stooping, bending, and stretching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Certification in applicable health or alcohol compliance is required as part of the role responsibilities. If you are a team-oriented, hospitality-driven individual who enjoys working in a fun, engaging environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth, Carillon Senior Living invites you to apply and contribute to our mission of providing superior hospitality and a vibrant community lifestyle for seniors.
