Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a dining services or culinary role preferred
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to observe and report resident needs and preferences
- Commitment to following safety and administrative regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- One to two years' experience in a similar position preferred
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to senior residents
Job Duties
- Provide healthy food for residents
- Maintain standards for dining services including meal service delivery, customer service, and cleanliness of dining room and kitchen
- Report problems, concerns and issues observed with food service
- Communicate changes in resident status, needs, or preferences appropriately
- Observe all work, safety and administrative rules including local and state requirements
