The Culinary Services Aide position at Benedictine is a vital role that focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience to our senior residents. Culinary Services Aides are instrumental in ensuring that food safety guidelines are strictly followed and that dining areas are clean, sanitary, and inviting. Operating and maintaining kitchen and cafeteria equipment is a key part of the job, along with performing general cleaning and dishwashing duties. Successful candidates will be actively involved in all culinary training programs to maintain the highest standards of service and care. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow food safety and dietary guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Willingness to participate in ongoing culinary training
