The role of Culinary Server at The Craig is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests. Culinary Servers are responsible for greeting residents and visitors courteously and professionally, taking and entering orders accurately into point-of-sale systems, and ensuring meals and beverages are served punctually. This position also involves handling room service orders, managing the timely delivery and retrieval of trays, and maintaining clean and well-stocked dining areas. Servers contribute to the ambiance and comfort of dining venues by arranging placesettings efficiently and attending to side duties such as pantry stocking and thorough cleaning.

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- accurately take resident and guest orders, entering menu selections into a point-of-sale or similar tracking electronic system
- serve meals and beverages in a prompt and professional manner
- fill room service menu orders and expedite delivery and ensure all room service trays are retrieved at conclusion of dining time
- clear tables during and after residents and guests have concluded dining
- arrange table settings appropriately and efficiently
- stock pantry areas with adequate supplies, complete assigned side jobs and perform thorough cleaning of the culinary venues
