Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for six to eight hours per day
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- punctuality and reliability
- eligibility to work in the U.S. confirmed by eVerify
- willingness to maintain a polished professional appearance
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- create delicious food alongside a high-energy team
- use the finest ingredients including foods from more than twenty Ohio producers
- prepare signature sandwiches and salads from scratch
- arrive on time every time while looking like a polished pro ready to help out
- act with confidence to ensure guests love their experience when unique situations arise
- follow best known methods for interacting with guests serving cleaning and preparing food and beverages
- move quickly stand for six to eight hours per day and lift 50 pounds
