Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Proficiency in restaurant operations
- Advanced knowledge of kitchen stations, roles, and equipment
- Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions
- Physical capability to lift, handle, and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to complete restaurant training program
- Desire to learn and grow within the culinary field
Job Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of kitchen stations, roles, and equipment
- Experience in food preparation and portioning
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, and assemble a variety of cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
- Work closely with the Sous Chef or Manager-on-Duty to ensure adherence to food preparation standards
- Execute all food preparation standards to meet recipe specifications and quality requirements
- Handle kitchen equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and restocking of food supplies
