Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A genuine passion for culinary excellence, teamwork, and professional growth

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station efficiently and precisely
  • Adhere to recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency
  • Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service delivery
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards consistently
  • Apply proper techniques, timing, and attention to detail in executing menu items
  • Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and overall kitchen setup
  • Organize and maintain all storage and production areas effectively
  • Collaborate with both back of house and front of house teams to ensure seamless service
  • Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment
  • Accomplish tasks assigned by chefs and sous chefs with professionalism and passion
