As a Culinary Prep Specialist at THE ONE GROUP, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's outstanding standards by preparing high-quality menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency. Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station efficiently and precisely
- Adhere to recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency
- Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service delivery
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards consistently
- Apply proper techniques, timing, and attention to detail in executing menu items
- Assist with daily prep tasks, ingredient stocking, and overall kitchen setup
- Organize and maintain all storage and production areas effectively
- Collaborate with both back of house and front of house teams to ensure seamless service
- Follow health department sanitation requirements and maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Accomplish tasks assigned by chefs and sous chefs with professionalism and passion
