- professional culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- capacity to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portioning
- maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements
- support mise en place, prep schedules, and service execution across outlets
- assist with banquet and special event food production as required
- maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations at all times
- follow proper storage, labeling, and FIFO inventory practices
- minimize waste through accurate portion control and handling
- communicate product shortages or quality concerns promptly
- support a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture
