The Pastry Chef contributes significantly by preparing and executing a variety of pastry menu items that meet the resort’s exacting standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. This role requires a strong attention to detail for food safety, sanitation, and compliance with HACCP guidelines, ensuring every guest experience is safe and enjoyable. The Pastry Chef will manage mise en place, support preparation schedules, and be involved in banquet and special event food production, reflecting a seamless coordination with other Food & Beverage and front-of-house teams.
