Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or relevant culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Capability to handle heat, sharp tools, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to collaborate in a team environment

- Professional culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirements
- Support mise en place, prep schedules, and service execution across outlets
- Assist with banquet and special event food production as required
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations at all times
- Follow proper storage, labeling, and FIFO inventory practices
- Minimize waste through accurate portion control and handling
- Communicate product shortages or quality concerns promptly
- Support a collaborative, respectful kitchen culture
