Job Requirements
- valid local Food Handler's Card is required
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- able to stand for long periods of time
- 1-2 years of previous pastry experience preferred
- culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred

Job Duties
- prepare a variety of pastries and baked goods following recipes and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
- assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
- collaborate with culinary team members to ensure timely and consistent product output
- apply basic decorating and finishing techniques to pastry items
- adhere to health and safety regulations in kitchen operations
- communicate effectively with management and coworkers to optimize workflow
