- valid local Food Handler's Card is required
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- able to stand for long periods of time
- 1-2 years of previous pastry experience preferred
- culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
