We are currently seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee everything from purchasing inventory to final food presentation, making sure that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our strict standards. Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in various kitchen roles, including food preparation and line cooking
  • At least 6 months of experience in a management capacity
  • Strong communication skills with kitchen staff, dining personnel, and guests
  • Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 9 hours)

Job Duties

  • Guarantee that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
  • Make key employment decisions including interviewing, hiring, and evaluating kitchen staff
  • Provide orientation on company policies and oversee the training of new culinary team members
  • Step in as needed to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operations
  • Organize and complete required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in a timely manner
  • Maintain kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and excellent working condition through regular inspections and preventative maintenance protocols
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to plan, price, and develop new menu items, including establishing portion sizes and creating standard recipe cards
