Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food service management
  • Proven leadership experience in a kitchen or culinary environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays weekends and nights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with inventory management software preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a quick-service or fast food restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team effectively
  • Excellent focus on customer satisfaction and hospitality
  • Knowledge of food service management principles
  • Proficient in food handling techniques to ensure safety standards are met
  • Ability to effectively train staff in culinary and operational procedures
  • Familiarity with Toast POS and xtraChef inventory management is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Oversee food preparation cooking and presentation to maintain consistent quality
  • Enforce food safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Train mentor and develop kitchen team members
  • Manage inventory order supplies and control food and labor costs effectively
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service especially during peak hours
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment at all times
