Job Requirements
- At least four years of relevant experience
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- background in food service
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to build and maintain productive client relations
- exceptional customer service skills as per Aramark’s model
- aptitude for fostering cross-divisional cooperation
- ability to intermittently lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- capability to stand for extended periods without discomfort

Job Duties
- Motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate teams to enhance their effectiveness
- ensure food provisioning aligns with executional structure
- provide coaching to staff and foster collective agreement on objectives and strategies
- implement employee recognition programs
- ensure all operations adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations
- determine client needs and communicate operational growth effectively
- integrate Aramark procedures into business practices
- develop revenue streams and supervise financial allocations
- verify timely creation and upkeep of P&L statements
- attain desired food and labor benchmarks
- oversee resource management within budget limits
- carry out Aramark labor and culinary program strategies
- enhance operational efficiency and cost management
- lead coordination of production, delivery, and catering services
- create a safety and wellness promoting environment
- ensure compliance with regulations including safety, health, and wage guidelines
- manage acquisition, delivery, cooking, and provision of food along with menu development
- produce operational forecasts and manage accounting responsibilities
- confirm sanitation and safety compliance
- direct staff on production, merchandising, quality standards, costs, labor allocation, and training
- source and maintain front-line associates
- conduct inventory audits and ensure proper record-keeping
- communicate with client executives and maintain strong client relationships
- engage in sales activities and contract discussions
- identify opportunities for new products and services
