Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Four years of relevant experience
  • One to three years of leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Background in food service
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Capability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of relevant experience
  • At least 1-3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Background in food service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and customers
  • Exceptional customer service skills aligned with Aramark’s model
  • Ability to foster harmonious working relationships across divisions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to intermittently lift, move, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate teams to enhance their effectiveness
  • Ensure that the provisioning of food aligns with the executional structure
  • Provide coaching to staff by fostering a collective agreement on objectives and strategies
  • Implement recognition programs to credit employee contributions
  • Ensure all operations adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations
  • Determine client needs and communicate operational growth effectively
  • Develop and supervise revenue streams, including cost regulation for food, beverages, and labor
  • Verify timely creation and upkeep of profit and loss statements
  • Oversee resource management to achieve quality standards and control costs within budget
  • Execute Aramark’s strategies for labor and culinary programs
  • Improve operational efficiency, manage costs, and oversee profits
  • Lead coordination and management of production, delivery, and catering services
  • Create a safe and wellness-promoting environment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage regulations
  • Set up and manage processes for food acquisition, delivery, retention, cooking, and provision
  • Produce operational predictions and address disparities
  • Oversee accounting responsibilities related to food service
  • Confirm sanitation and safety compliance
  • Guide employees on production activities, merchandising, quality standards, cost monitoring, labor allocation, and training
  • Source, onboard, and retain front-line team associates
  • Conduct routine inventory audits
  • Maintain record-keeping in compliance with Aramark and regulatory standards
  • Communicate with client executives and maintain strong relationships
  • Engage in sales activities and contractual discussions
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products and services to boost revenue and customer loyalty
