Candidates for this role should bring at least four years of relevant experience, including a minimum of one to three years in a leadership position, supported by a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Essential skills include strong communication, customer service excellence aligned with Aramark’s standards, and the ability to build effective relationships across departments to enhance overall culinary service integration. Physical requirements include the capability to intermittently lift, move, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods without discomfort.
