Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk continuously for long periods
- capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- physical ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach during shifts
- capacity to perform repetitive motions and maintain focus
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to develop creative and innovative menus
- passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- oversee daily kitchen operations
- develop menus in collaboration with executive culinary staff
- supervise food production and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- manage inventory and supply orders
- train and mentor culinary team members
