Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and walk continuously for long periods
  • capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
  • physical ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach during shifts
  • capacity to perform repetitive motions and maintain focus
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
  • previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to develop creative and innovative menus
  • passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • oversee daily kitchen operations
  • develop menus in collaboration with executive culinary staff
  • supervise food production and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • manage inventory and supply orders
  • train and mentor culinary team members
  • ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with banquet and catering teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences
