With a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, Four Seasons embraces a culture that fosters personal growth, mutual respect, and teamwork. Globally recognized for its impeccable service standards, the company believes that the foundation of luxury lies in treating guests and colleagues with kindness and empathy. This ethos creates a work environment where employees feel valued and inspired to deliver memorable moments to every guest they encounter.

Located in the heart of historic Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, Four Seasons Hotel Boston combines New England charm with modern luxury. Guests enjoy unparalleled access to the city's iconic sites such as the Freedom Trail, Newbury Street boutiques, and scenic views of the Public Garden and Beacon Hill. This prestigious setting provides an ideal backdrop for hospitality professionals to thrive in an environment steeped in culture, history, and refined service.

The Culinary Manager in Training role at Four Seasons Hotel Boston offers an exceptional opportunity to embark on a culinary leadership journey. This position is designed for highly motivated candidates eager to master the art of culinary excellence while gaining comprehensive exposure to luxury hotel kitchen operations. Working closely with the Executive Chef, Banquet Chef, and Sous Chefs, the Culinary Manager in Training plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily kitchen activities, menu development, food production supervision, and maintaining impeccable standards in food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This position supports a well-rounded learning experience across multiple dining outlets within the hotel, equipping candidates with the skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities required for advanced roles in the culinary department. Emphasizing hands-on mentoring, this program fosters professional growth and inspires culinary innovation, all while maintaining the Four Seasons hallmark of genuine care and quality.

The role requires physical stamina and flexibility, as candidates must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks throughout their shifts. A flexible schedule, including availability for morning, afternoon, evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays, is essential to meet the demands of this dynamic culinary environment. The compensation for this role is competitively set at $31.93 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering top-of-market pay in conjunction with a comprehensive benefits package.

At Four Seasons, the employee experience is as important as the guest experience, affirming a workplace where career advancement, a supportive culture, and rewarding benefits coexist. Candidates joining the team become part of a diverse, talented group that values the golden rule of treating others as they wish to be treated, encouraging an atmosphere where everyone can be their authentic selves and excel in their craft. Four Seasons offers unparalleled growth opportunities within the Boston property as well as across its global network of hotels and resorts, positioning this role as an excellent stepping stone toward a flourishing culinary career.
