Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years as a Chef, Culinary Manager or Kitchen Manager
- polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
- experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
- stable job history
- knowledge of food cost, labor cost and waste management
- ability to withstand temperatures of 30 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to move throughout the restaurant up to 10-12 hours a day
- ability to lift and carry items up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft
Job Qualifications
