The Culinary Manager/Chef position at Ted's Montana Grill plays a crucial leadership role within this culinary-focused environment. Under the guidance of the Proprietor, the Culinary Manager is tasked with overseeing the restaurant's kitchen operations to ensure excellence in team performance, food quality, guest satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years as a Chef, Culinary Manager or Kitchen Manager
  • polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
  • experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
  • stable job history
  • knowledge of food cost, labor cost and waste management
  • ability to withstand temperatures of 30 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to move throughout the restaurant up to 10-12 hours a day
  • ability to lift and carry items up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a Chef, Culinary Manager or Kitchen Manager
