The role of Assistant Account Manager in Food Production at Aramark is critical in delivering the highest standards in culinary operations. Job Requirements
- Technical secondary school education or above
- Major in cooking
- Managerial experience of at least 5 years
- Work experience of at least 10 years as chief in five-star hotel or office building preferred
- Master in Chinese and western cuisine as well as various cuisines
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Certain ability in English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow the implementation of the ARAMARK Food Services program in accordance with standardized procedures
- Design menu, prepare order and work out the food production procedure according to client and account manager requirements
- Lead the whole food production in kitchen ensuring standardized production flow, food safety and quality
- Make purchasing plan for food materials and manage inventory
- Assist with account manager for cost control and waste reduction
- Train and develop kitchen staff according to ARAMARK Job Skill Training and Review programs
- Maintain internal communication and collaboration for smooth operations
- Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed customer requirements
- Manage cook staffing, team building, evaluate performance and conduct appraisals
