Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and train culinary and dietary staff ensuring adherence to community standards and state regulations
- Plan and manage daily meal preparation service quality and menu consistency
- Coordinate with the Executive Director and Health & Wellness Director to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain inventory control manage food and supply orders and ensure cost-effective operations
- Monitor food safety sanitation and kitchen cleanliness to meet all regulatory requirements
- Engage with residents regularly to gather feedback and promote satisfaction with dining services
- Support budgeting scheduling and record-keeping for the culinary department
