The company is part of Bloomin' Brands, a large restaurant network known for fostering growth, inclusivity, and talented teams across its various locations.

The Culinary Manager at Outback Steakhouse plays a crucial role as the heart of the kitchen operations and the leader of the "Back of House" team. This position is essential for blending culinary artistry with strong management skills to ensure daily operational excellence. The Culinary Manager not only directs the preparation of high-quality meals that adhere strictly to Outback’s rigorous standards but also creates a dynamic, supportive work environment where kitchen staff can thrive and grow professionally. The position involves significant responsibility for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that every dish served contributes to an enjoyable dining experience and long-term guest loyalty.

The ideal candidate is capable of handling diverse scheduling needs, including working nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational demands of a busy restaurant. Furthermore, the role offers opportunities for professional growth and regional relocation, reflecting the company's commitment to career advancement. Though compensation varies by location, there is potential for performance-based bonuses that reward success and dedication.

Outback Steakhouse also emphasizes workplace inclusivity and diversity, proudly operating under equal opportunity employment principles. The company invites individuals from all backgrounds to contribute to their mission in delivering excellent dining experiences while advancing their careers within a supportive and vibrant culture. Completing this role successfully requires passion, leadership, culinary expertise, and a dedication to creating a memorable guest experience while fostering a motivated and capable culinary team.
