The Culinary Manager, Regional Support, role is a highly strategic and impactful position within Sodexo Senior Living’s operational framework. The core responsibility of the Culinary Manager is to lead, mentor, and oversee both front of house and back of house operations within multiple senior living communities. This includes direct supervision of kitchen and dining room teams, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, preparation, and presentation. Candidates will need solid experience in managing food production with a particular emphasis on fine dining and retail culinary models. Expertise in fine dining a la carte menus is key, as the role focuses on elevating dining experiences to meet sophisticated resident and client expectations.

Beyond managing culinary operations, the role entails constant engagement with residents and clients to foster feedback and build strong interpersonal relationships. The Culinary Manager serves as a vital link between operational excellence and high-quality customer service, ensuring that Sodexo’s brand promise is consistently delivered on-site. Financial acumen is critical in this role to achieve company and client financial targets, including cost control and profitability.

Candidates can expect a dynamic work environment featuring varying hours that adapt to business needs. Travel expenses such as mileage and accommodations are reimbursable to support the logistical demands of this position. Sodexo provides a competitive compensation framework based on experience, education, and skills, alongside a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision care, wellness programs, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities.

Overall, this Culinary Manager, Regional Support role is ideal for a seasoned food service manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences within the senior living sector.
