Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Two to three years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in food and beverage
- Strong conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with digital management systems
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- College degree, preferably in hotel or restaurant management
- Two to three years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to lead by example and mediate effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest interaction and staff collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in food and beverage operations and familiar with Four Seasons' policies and operational procedures
- Comfortable working with digital systems related to food and beverage management
- Proficiency in English including reading, writing, and speaking effectively
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and leadership of all restaurant staff, including supervisors and assistant managers, to maintain high standards of service and culture
- Maintain a visible presence in the restaurant, engaging with both the team and guests, handling guest concerns and requests with professionalism and attentiveness
- Ensure the excellence and presentation of all food and beverage offerings, providing expert recommendations on wines and spirits
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to develop creative menus and curated wine lists
- Manage operational expenses through careful budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control, ensuring financial targets are met
- Regularly assess the restaurant's physical setup and equipment, ensuring a functional and visually appealing environment
- Assist in beverage service to enhance the overall guest experience
- Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff
