Serving as the backbone of the back-of-house operations, the Culinary Manager oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a passionate and tight-knit kitchen crew dedicated to delivering memorable and elevated culinary experiences. The position requires a logistical mindset to master the complexities of off-premise catering, ensuring all prep timelines, packing lists, and transport workflows are meticulously followed to maintain flawless food quality upon arrival at the venue.

The Culinary Manager’s success is measurable not only by operational smoothness but also by unlocking strong bonus potential tied to kitchen financial performance. Furthermore, upholding strict health, sanitation, and safety standards in the prep kitchen and during event execution is an integral part of the role. The company offers a $75,000 base salary with a transparent bonus structure providing the opportunity to earn $100,000 or more annually, reflecting the high responsibility and impact of the position.

For culinary professionals with over three years of back-of-house leadership experience, particularly those who have worked in high-volume catering, hotel banquets, or country clubs, this role presents an exciting opportunity to join a culture that prioritizes mentorship, clear communication, and work-life balance.
