The Culinary Manager role at Topgolf Augusta is a key leadership position responsible for supervising and developing the culinary team to deliver exceptional food experiences aligned with Topgolf's high standards. This full-time position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of three years in culinary management who can inspire, coach, and lead a culinary team within a fast-paced and energetic environment. The Culinary Manager will be charged with overseeing daily kitchen operations including managing inventory, maintaining food costs relative to budget, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, and standardizing recipe execution to guarantee consistency in quality and presentation.
Beyond these operational duties, the Culinary Manager plays a strategic role by selecting and developing new recipes in coordination with corporate guidelines and assisting in the planning and costing of menus for special events and chef's choice offerings. Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Ability to work in high-temperature conditions up to 100 degrees for extended periods of time
