  • Strong background in working in a scratch kitchen and leading a team of more than 20 employees
  • Ability to support recruitment and retention by creating a culture focused on people as the number one asset
  • Proven experience in training and development procedures
  • Capability to provide timely feedback and support to hourly team members
  • Strong focus on flawless plate presentation
  • Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
  • Desire to engage with guests on a daily basis

Job Qualifications

  • Servant leadership style and passion for people
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a kitchen or culinary manager
  • Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining environments preferred
  • Experience managing P&L, scheduling, and inventory
  • No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
  • Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
