Job Requirements
- Strong background in working in a scratch kitchen and leading a team of more than 20 employees
- Ability to support recruitment and retention by creating a culture focused on people as the number one asset
- Proven experience in training and development procedures
- Capability to provide timely feedback and support to hourly team members
- Strong focus on flawless plate presentation
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Desire to engage with guests on a daily basis
Job Qualifications
- Servant leadership style and passion for people
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a kitchen or culinary manager
- Experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining environments preferred
- Experience managing P&L, scheduling, and inventory
- No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
