Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as a culinary manager executive chef or similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant
  • Thoughtful leaders confident decision-makers and quality-focused
  • Able to effectively manage staff
  • A true passion for food and food preparation
  • Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures
  • Experience with cost control budgeting inventory control and scheduling
  • Knowledge of business process and functions
  • Excellent motivation and communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving mind set
  • Daytime weekend and intermittent evening event availability

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent leadership communication and team management skills

  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
