This specific opportunity is based at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway, a property within the Pyramid portfolio that features 143 guest rooms and suites, along with more than 2,400 square feet of meeting space and two distinct dining outlets including a signature restaurant. The role available is a full-time Cook position, offering a competitive salary range from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. This position is well suited for an individual passionate about the culinary arts and interested in developing their skills in a professional kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be creative and motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced culinary leaders. The Cook will assist the Chef in preparing and fabricating food items for various outlets including the kitchen, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room, and fine dining settings. This role involves maintaining a passive leadership position to ensure production levels meet kitchen staff demands effectively. Job Duties
- assist in production and fabrication of food products for kitchen preparation, cafeteria, banquet cooking, dining room, and fine dining
