Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- food handler’s certification and/or ServSafe preferred

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in a timely manner
- adhere to Hilton, kitchen, and recipe standards to maintain food quality and consistency
- ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- assist with food preparation, ingredient portioning, and plating
- monitor food quality and presentation before dishes leave the kitchen
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- support catering functions as needed
- work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
