Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of baked products using established portions and recipes
- manage daily production and communicate product counts effectively with coaching team
- bake breakfast items such as quiches, cinnamon rolls, and muffins
- produce a range of bread items including loaves, buns, rolls, and cookies
- handle daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruits for pies and toppings
- clean all baking-related machines and workstations, ensuring a sanitary environment
- label, organize, and rotate baking ingredients in freeze and storage areas to maintain freshness and quality
- receive and check orders, ensuring timely placement and organization of deliveries
- prepare the kitchen at start of day, including securing the area and lighting ovens
- alert coaches to food quality issues, recipe inconsistencies, or low inventory
- maintain clean and hygienic bake area at all times
- adhere to established health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
- promote the brand by providing extraordinary service during interactions with team members and guests
- exhibit dependable leadership qualities to work independently while proactively addressing issues as they arise
- be flexible to cross-train in other kitchen functions when needed
