Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
- able to bend and reach overhead often
- dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment
- capacity to work near open flames
- ability to work in tight spaces
- maintain constant communication with multiple people
- near vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision required
- able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
- work in a safe and alert manner
- occasionally work outdoors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- leadership experience preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- ability to adapt to changing situations
- detail-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
- be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
- learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
- develop new leadership skills to lead the team
- assist with any additional duties assigned
- coach and develop team members
- cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
