Job Requirements

  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, or culinary environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable using scheduling and document tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Experience with culinary events, catering, or cooking classes
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks, BillerGenie, or invoicing systems

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary contact for all private event inquiries via phone and email
  • Consult with clients to understand event goals and coordinate menus, logistics, and scheduling
  • Plan and coordinate a variety of events including hands-on cooking experiences, private dinners, team-building experiences, parties, and off-site catering
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar including recipes, staffing needs, client notes, and preparation details
  • Manage event proposals, contracts, deposits, invoicing, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate event logistics between clients and the culinary team
  • Support smooth event execution and handle last-minute adjustments when needed
