As a part of the Vitality Living family, the community strives to enrich the lives of older adults through compassionate care, personalized services, and engaging social opportunities. With a focus on wellness and a resident-centered philosophy, Vitality Court Victoria offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and respite options designed to support the unique needs of each individual. The community embraces diversity and fosters a welcoming atmosphere where all team members are encouraged to contribute their talents and grow professionally.

The Culinary Director role at Vitality Court Victoria is essential to delivering exceptional dining experiences that honor resident preferences and elevate the overall quality of life. This full-time, in-person position involves hands-on leadership of kitchen and dining operations, with a strong emphasis on service excellence, food quality, safety, and team development. The Culinary Director will be responsible for managing daily kitchen activities, ensuring compliance with stringent health standards, maintaining inviting and service-ready dining areas, and overseeing special events and private dining. A critical component of this leadership role includes coaching and mentoring culinary and dining staff to build cohesive, high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates are experienced professionals with a background in senior living or healthcare culinary management who bring passion, creativity, and operational expertise. The Culinary Director will collaborate closely with management and care teams to align dining services with the community’s mission and resident satisfaction goals. Offering a competitive salary along with a sign-on bonus, Vitality Court Victoria values its employees and supports them with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. This role is not just about managing food services — it’s about creating a meaningful difference every day by bringing vitality to life for residents, one meal at a time.
