  • four plus years kitchen management experience
  • five plus years cooking experience
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • good working knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and team
  • capability to lead and train diverse workforce
  • physical stamina for standing and lifting
  • able to work extended hours in extreme conditions
  • commitment to high standards
