Travel is a significant component of this job, with up to 75% of time spent visiting various locations to ensure standards are met and to nurture local partnerships.
Candidates for this position will have at least a decade of experience in the culinary field, including 3-5 years in a management capacity, preferably with a multi-unit culinary background. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required to qualify for this leadership role.
