Job Duties
- Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner
- Daily preparation of fresh pasta, sauces and all other menu items
- Prepare delicious Italian dishes from scratch while following the recipe to produce consistent results
- Preparing pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
- Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust
- Complete your prep list, effectively run station during shift, follow all specs and stock food as needed
- Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all banquet functions
- Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction
- Manage all aspects of the food production for all outlets and banquets, including food preparation according to the description
- Adhere to sanitation practices
