Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items including grill, broil, sauté, soups, salads, and vinaigrettes
- Maintain plating and flavor standards
- Fulfill ticket time objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation rules
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team
- Manage seasonal seafood and meat preparation according to recipes
- Work shifts from 3pm to 11pm including weekends and holidays
