Each property under Noble House Hotels & Resorts emphasizes unique character, outstanding service, and a vibrant culture that respects individuality while fostering collective teamwork.

The Edgewater is home to Six Seven Restaurant, where Executive Chef Jesse Souza leads a talented culinary team. The restaurant is celebrated for its seasonally inspired cuisine, which reflects a commitment to using fresh, organic, and naturally raised ingredients, ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality. The atmosphere of Six Seven Restaurant combines sophistication with a welcoming warmth, catering to discerning guests who appreciate fine dining experiences crafted from thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team at Six Seven Restaurant, working either morning or evening shifts. This role plays a critical part in executing the restaurant's culinary offerings and maintaining the high standards expected at The Edgewater Hotel. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting various menu items, including seasonal seafood, meats, salads, soups, and house-made vinaigrettes, all prepared in accordance with established recipes and brand standards. You will work closely with the culinary team to grill, broil, and sauté dishes while ensuring timely service and consistent quality.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary arts, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail is essential, as maintaining standards for plating and flavor profiles is critical to guest satisfaction. The job requires availability from 3pm to 11pm daily, including weekends and holidays, ensuring lead-time sensitivity during peak service hours.

The position offers competitive wages ranging from $21.81 to $28.81 per hour, reflecting experience and skill level. Moreover, The Edgewater Hotel offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee wellness and development. Benefits include a fully employer-paid retirement plan, an affordable health benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, discounted valet parking, and other valuable perks such as free uniforms with complimentary dry cleaning and reimbursed commuting costs.

At The Edgewater Hotel, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. Our culture embodies the philosophy of "Individual Distinction, Collective Soul," where the unique qualities of each team member contribute to a shared success. We foster an environment where fun and camaraderie are not just encouraged but are a vital part of our corporate core values. Join us in making a difference through hospitality that feels personal and memorable.
