Key competencies include comprehensive knife skills, mastery of both cold and hot line operations including various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, boiling, steaming, braising, and saucier methods.

Applicants for this role must demonstrate the flexibility required to adapt to banquet event schedules and exhibit a cooperative team-oriented attitude, consistently communicating with supervisors and colleagues to maintain flawless execution and safety standards. Emphasis is placed on safe food handling and sanitation, with routine adherence to daily checklists and prompt reporting of any operational issues to management.

This full-time position offers a competitive rate of $28.81 per hour and encompasses a wide range of benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for individuals and families, a fully employer-paid retirement plan, paid time off encompassing holidays, personal days, vacation, and sick leave, as well as perks such as discounted valet parking, complimentary uniforms with dry cleaning, paid meal breaks, overtime pay, and reimbursements for bus and ferry transportation. Additional employee benefits include travel discounts, recognition programs featuring gift cards and career growth opportunities that support a rewarding and motivating work environment.

Joining Six | Seven Restaurant means becoming part of a team that values passion for hospitality, individual distinction, and collective success. The culture encourages personality expression and fun, making it an exciting place for culinary professionals to advance their careers while delivering exceptional food and service.
