Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- ability to read write and speak English
- perform basic mathematics
- ability to follow written and oral instruction
- knowledge of quality scratch baking with two or more years baking experience in a large food service operation
- ability to increase decrease and modify recipes to meet the needs of the facility
- ability to work with kitchen personnel in coordinating meal service and special events
- must be able to safely perform the essential job functions without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodations
