Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years culinary or kitchen experience
- Two years in a management role
- Strong leadership and computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with Culinary and management team
- Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate

Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations in collaboration with Culinary Manager
- maintain full understanding of Erewhon brand and café menu
- assist in inventory control and purchasing
- schedule and manage Culinary Team
- monitor food stations for setup and replenishment
- train and develop Culinary Team including hiring and promotion
- conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and food quality standards
- inspect cleanliness to meet Health Department regulations
- establish and maintain pars for day goods
- assist in monthly inventory management
