Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a culinary administrative or similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with purchasing software and various restaurant POS systems preferred
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a culinary setting

Job Duties

  • Provide base level administrative support including managing and driving meetings
  • Maintain required signage and records
  • Assist in coordinating payroll and routine operation cycles
  • Manage culinary staff onboarding with focus on compliance and professional development
  • Partner with guest service team to advance culinary performance
  • Track and manage kitchen supply inventory and assist in ordering
  • Handle guest inquiries about menu offerings and dietary restrictions
  • Act as operational stakeholder for routine vendors such as laundry and EcoLab
  • Support organization and operations of catering functions
  • Assist culinary team with menu formalization and professional documents
  • Help with budgeting, updating cost cards, tracking expenses, and cost-saving initiatives
  • Assist in culinary operations and create roadmaps for professional advancement
  • Perform basic food prep and handling as needed
