The role of the Bartender at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is essential to delivering these remarkable guest experiences. This position involves providing an expertly crafted beverage service that aligns with the company’s strict standards for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. Bartenders are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of all bar products, responsible for precise pouring, mixing, and blending of drinks. Ideal candidates for this position bring at least two years of experience bartending in upscale establishments, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A basic understanding of spirits and fluency in English are fundamental, along with the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment. Bartenders are also expected to demonstrate stamina for heavy lifting and adaptability to flexible shift schedules including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. Occasionally, Bartenders may also perform barista duties, preparing a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and other offerings to complement the culinary experience at Culina.
