We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. This role is essential as the first point of contact for patients and families, playing a critical part in delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, high-volume pediatric dental practice and possess strong communication skills, an easygoing attitude, and a willingness to actively contribute to the positive functioning of our clinics. This position will involve daily interaction with patients, doctors, insurance companies, and a significant volume of incoming phone calls. Responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and ensuring smooth patient check-ins and check-outs, all performed electronically through our updated digital systems.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in customer service, receptionist roles, or front desk administrative positions, preferably in dental or healthcare settings, though dental experience is considered a plus rather than a strict requirement. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must, reflecting the diverse communities we serve and emphasizing our commitment to accessible communication for all patients and families.

This full-time position offers competitive starting pay, with experienced dental receptionists earning $20 or more per hour depending on experience, and entry-level candidates starting at $18 or more per hour. The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with required Saturday shifts from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.   • work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions
