Job Duties
- Lead the team through character, building guest and team relationships, and vision
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and corporate office
- Manage daily operations to achieve Crumbl's mission, vision, and values
- Relate and listen to the needs of team members and guests to provide solutions
- Support management and team efforts to deliver on individual responsibilities
- Provide efficient and exceptional guest service and product quality
- Coach and teach team members to excel in their roles
- Drive sales growth through new guest acquisition and catering opportunities
- Utilize Crumbl technology applications proficiently
- Prioritize time and tasks to meet shift demands
