Job Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Eligible for U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC)
- Eligible for Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
- At least 18 years of age
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien
- Pass physical exam and drug screening
- Clear background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in hospitality-related roles preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist cooks with meal preparation
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Perform laundry duties ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of linens
- Clean and maintain staterooms and guest areas
- Conduct janitorial duties in galley and hotel areas
- Assist with guest service requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow safety and sanitation standards aboard the ship
