Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards as required by scheduling
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and name tag
- comply at all times with hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
- thoroughly clean and restock required number of guest rooms per shift
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for cart setup
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
- perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by supervisor or manager
- disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms to conduct deep cleaning as needed
- conduct deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, repairing furniture, or rehanging doors
- access back of house areas and sensitive information
- interact with guests and colleagues occasionally unsupervised
- control access to sensitive areas including master keys, liquor rooms, and secured file cabinets
- maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
- represent the company with good character and sound judgement
