Job Requirements
- Education level as required by the role
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage labor and production costs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to meet the role demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
