Located within the community hub of Crossroads Church, Canvas Coffee serves as both a coffee destination and an outreach platform to connect with community members in a warm and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Baristas to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about coffee and enjoy serving others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Barista will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, crafting high-quality espresso and non-espresso beverages, and maintaining a spotless environment. This position is not just about making coffee; it's about creating a memorable experience for every guest that walks through the door. Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, efficient POS operations, and maintaining well-stocked displays of pastries and food items to complement the coffee offerings.

The compensation falls under CCC Pay Grade 2, with an annual salary range of $24,235 to $36,352, reflective of experience and contribution to the team.

Job Requirements

Barista experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work 12-25 hours per week
